1. A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your date. Your booking will only be confirmed once the 50% booking fee has been received. The booking fee is refundable on the sliding scale stipulated in clause 2 and will be forfeited if clause 16 is applied.
2. As per CPS refunds are subject to a sliding scale which is as follows:
• 6 months prior to cancellation – full refund. 3-5 months – 50%. Less than 3 months – no refund.
3. The balance of this invoice must be paid at least 5 days prior to the booking date. 4. A travelling fee based on the current AA rates will apply. For distance travel please negotiate terms over and above basic travel.
5. Destination weddings where overnight stay is required, accommodation and meals must be provided.
6. A minimum of 3 people or 6 treatments (where a Treatment is either hair or makeup) are required for a call out. A surcharge will apply if less than 6 treatments are required on a call out.
7. Everyone requiring a treatment(s) must be at the same venue and be ready 10 minutes prior to booking. Treatments may not by fully completed if client is late.
8. Changes to numbers of heads/faces may be made up to 6 weeks prior to the booking date, after which no cancellations will be refunded and/or accepted.
9. If a pre-booking instruction was provided and it was not adhered to, for any treatment, as the case may be, I will not be held liable if the end product is not exactly as requested.
10. If a trial is required before the final booking is made, a fee of R2 000.00 is required to book the trial. Final date availability will only be confirmed once the 50% booking fee has been received, as per clause 1.
11. If I require an assistant there will be a R600 additional assistant fee, per assistant. The number of assistants are dependent on numbers of people requiring treatment and the timing thereof and will be added to the final invoice. We will do our best to travel together, however in some cases a travel fee at the above rate may apply for the assistant (calculated from their location).
12. A set of strip lashes is included in the price for the bride. Should the bridal party want lashes, these will be at an additional price of R200.00 p.p.
13. A full detailed schedule of the day will be compiled and will need to be approved prior to commencement. This is done to ensure your day runs smoothly and is stress free. No venue changes during service will be done.
14. By virtue of payment of the booking fee / trial fee you agree to these terms and conditions.
15. Should you wish to order a touch up kit these can be provided at a variety of price options. A pricelist can be provided upon request.
16. You are obligated to disclose prior to treatment if you are ill and/or showing symptoms of any illness that is transmittable. I reserve the right to refuse service to any person on the date of treatment if it is reasonably suspected that the person is suffering from a transmittable illness.
17. Due to current covid climate, in the event you have to change your date, first date change will be free of charge. Thereafter a 30% of total invoice will be added for every additional date change. Date changes are subject to availability.
18. This quote only remains valid for a 30 day period and prices are subject to change without notice prior to the acceptance of the quotation.
